As the Manager - Marketing Technology and Audiences, you'll oversee our MarTech and AdTech ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration, optimal performance, and strategic alignment with business goals. You'll develop and execute future state MarTech roadmaps, responding to emerging technologies and changing customer needs to deliver exceptional member experiences. Day to day, you'll: - Define and execute MarTech and AdTech roadmaps.
- Oversee the assessment, implementation, and management of MarTech and AdTech tools.
- Partner with IT and Digital, Design and Innovation teams for seamless technology integration.
- Develop and implement journeys through MarTech platforms.
- Lead the data and audience team to build and maintain a robust audience strategy.
- Manage publisher access to data and establish appropriate tracking.
- Ensure data governance and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Foster a culture of innovation and agility within the marketing organisation.
This role is a permanent opportunity based in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne. About you It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too: - You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Digital or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- You have extensive experience in marketing, across audience and journey strategy and implementation.
- You have a proven track record in developing and executing MarTech and AdTech roadmaps.
- You have hands-on experience with tools such as customer data platforms, journey tools, analytics platforms, and ad platforms.
- You have a strong background in audience management and data enablement for marketing purposes.
- Experience overseeing a team to optimise marketing campaigns and journeys.
