About the role We’re all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. As our People & Culture Project Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and embedding performance frameworks and processes that enhance the employee experience throughout the lifecycle. You will lead the delivery and governance of these initiatives, ensuring alignment with our culture and business strategy. Day to day, you'll: - Support the design and lead implementation of Performance frameworks and processes to foster a high-performing culture and exceptional employee experience.
- Develop a program plan and lead delivery of Performance activities and projects including the Performance Review processes and embedment of a new performance framework across the employee lifecycle.
- Provide quality advice on approaches and options to align key performance metrics and scorecards to strategic enterprise objectives.
- Provide quality expert advice on linking ART’s reward frameworks and processes to the performance framework.
- Collaborate with the wider People & Culture team and other teams (e.g. Risk, Strategy, Legal and Finance) to deliver the performance program and services.
- Develop a change management strategy to ensure smooth implementation of the performance framework in practice, including a training strategy to ensure requisite skill and capability for leaders
- Drive integration, change, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives that seek to adapt and improve the performance framework and processes over time.
This role is a 12-month max-term/ secondment opportunity. About you It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too: Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent professional experience. Technical proficiency in Excel and survey analysis tools and methods. Demonstrated ability to manage confidential data professionally and with discretion. Strong analytical ability with a high attention to detail and accuracy. Demonstrated proficiency in collating, organising, and disseminating information. Proven ability to manage high volume of work demands whilst building and maintaining internal and external stakeholder relationships. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within Human Resources and Performance and Reward
