At Australian Retirement Trust (ART), we’re on the lookout for a Cyber Threat Intelligence Specialist who thrives on analysing complex data, spotting patterns, and translating intelligence into action. You’ll be at the forefront of our cyber defence, leading the charge in monitoring and interpreting the threat landscape, and helping us stay resilient against emerging risks. If you’re someone who enjoys digging into OSINT, decoding TTPs, and crafting clear, actionable threat reports, this could be your next big move.
In this role, you’ll work closely with our Information Security and Technology teams to strengthen ART’s cyber security posture. From producing timely situation reports to supporting incident response and feeding intelligence into risk management, your insights will be critical to our success. You’ll also stay sharp on the latest global and local cyber trends and will occasionally jump in after hours when needed. About you It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you’ll tick some of the following boxes too: - Proven experience and track record of working in security operations and/or cyber threat intelligence roles.
- Strong technical background and understanding of cyber security and technology principles, technologies, threats and vulnerabilities.
- Proficiency in using various threat intelligence platforms, tools, and techniques.
- Strong verbal communication and writing skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical information.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to analyse large datasets, identify patterns, and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to develop solutions and implement mitigation strategies.
- High levels of initiative and motivation.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Relevant experience in cyber threat intelligence roles in Financial Services (highly regarded).
