About the role We’re all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. As our new Senior Manager – Employer Support, you’ll lead the team that makes this happen, ensuring employers are supported through every step of their super journey—especially as we prepare for the game-changing Payday Super reforms. You’ll lead a high-performing team responsible for delivering end-to-end employer contribution solutions across all segments. Your focus will be on combining expert service with smart automation to deliver a seamless experience for employers—while balancing regulatory requirements and operational capacity. As the operational lead for ART’s response to Payday Super, you’ll play a critical role in helping employers adapt to new obligations, including paying super contributions more frequently. You’ll also be part of the Beam leadership team, overseeing one of Australia’s largest clearing house services and ensuring we meet legislative, operational, and service standards. This is a permanent opportunity to lead at scale and make a real impact. About you You’re a strategic thinker, a strong people leader, and a natural problem-solver. You’ll likely tick a few of these boxes: - You’ve led customer service or operational teams, ideally in superannuation or financial services.
- You hold a tertiary qualification in Finance, Product, Technology, or a related business field.
- You bring strong business acumen and can deliver results in a regulated environment.
