As our new Senior Manager – Beam Product, you’ll shape the vision, strategy, and delivery of our B2B and software partner digital product suite. If you’re ready to lead a high-performing team and drive growth through smart, customer-led design, this is your moment.

You’ll be responsible for defining the product vision and leading the roadmap for Beam’s digital experience. Working cross-functionally, you’ll guide a team focused on customer-centred design, insights, and delivery—ensuring our products meet the needs of employers, partners, and the business.

From identifying growth opportunities to supporting business readiness and change, you’ll play a key role in shaping how Beam evolves and scales. You’ll also lead strategic planning, influence decision-makers, and ensure alignment across stakeholders.

This role is permanent opportunity.

We have office locations in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne but we would be happy to consider candidates in other locations too.  

About you

You’re a strategic thinker, a strong communicator, and a passionate product leader. You’ll likely tick a few of these boxes:

• You’ve worked in digital product management (or something similar), ideally in financial services or payments, and you know how to lead with purpose.
• You’ve got a degree in Finance, Product, Technology, or a related field—or equivalent experience that’s shaped your commercial mindset.
• You know how to turn strategy into action, with experience in lifecycle development, change management, and project delivery.
• You bring strong business acumen and thrive in regulated environments where precision and compliance matter.
• You’ve led and coached cross-functional teams, and you know how to build capability for today and tomorrow.
• You’re confident managing stakeholders, influencing decisions, and communicating clearly across all levels of the business.
