As the Senior Manager – Employer Growth, you will lead Australian Retirement Trust’s (ART) national Employer Growth team. You’ll be responsible for driving new net cash flow and member growth in the Corporate and Institutional market segment. This role is pivotal in developing ART’s sales strategy and building influential relationships across key stakeholders. Day to day, you'll: - Build, develop, and implement ART’s national sales strategy for Corporate & Institutional market growth.
- Deliver on sales targets and drive FUM and member growth aligned with ART’s corporate goals.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team to meet strategic and client acquisition targets.
- Contribute to the broader Commercial Growth strategy as a leadership team member.
- Establish and manage a structured sales pipeline from prospecting to onboarding new clients.
- Promote the ART brand through networking, events, sponsorships, and business development.
- Maintain pipeline data integrity and ensure timely, accurate tracking of all interactions.
- Collaborate with the General Manager, Commercial Growth on large-scale mergers and acquisitions.
- Prepare compelling business submissions and RFP responses that reflect ART’s value proposition.

- You’ve built and refined end-to-end sales processes and know how to coach others to hit ambitious targets.
