About the role We’re all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. As a key member of the Beam Growth and Partnerships team, you’ll be the driving force behind seamless onboarding experiences for new Beam clients. From the very first interaction, you’ll ensure clear communication, smooth implementation, and a strong foundation for long-term partnerships. You’ll also support internal teams by answering onboarding queries, contribute to business growth through sales support, and collaborate closely with Relationship Managers to enhance client engagement through partner initiatives. Day to day, you'll: - Drive the development and execution of onboarding strategies for new Beam clients.
- Act as the first point of contact for client onboarding, working closely with the sales team to ensure clarity and confidence from day one.
- Drive the right behaviours among internal stakeholders by proactively addressing onboarding-related queries and leading process improvements
- Partner with Relationship Managers and the Sales Team to enhance client engagement, support strategic partner initiatives, and drive sustainable partnership growth throughout the onboarding journey
- Provide sales support and contribute to business development efforts.

- You collaborate effortlessly across teams, from Sales to Product to Tech, and know how to keep everyone aligned.
- You’re tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools, with a solid understanding of APIs and integration workflows.
- You’ve got a background in business, IT, or a related field, and at least 2 years of experience in partnerships, onboarding, or technical client support.
- You’ve helped businesses grow by delivering seamless onboarding experiences and building strong client relationships.
