About the role

We’re all about helping our employers lighten the load of paying super. As a Marketing and Communications Specialist, you'll lead direct channel communications and marketing initiatives that elevate the experience of our small to medium business employers and Beam payroll partners.

As a key member of our Corporate and Employer Communications team, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver high-quality, compliant communications that support ART’s growth objectives. You’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing brand value, improving customer journeys, and driving engagement across multiple channels.

 

This role is a 12-month max-term/ secondment opportunity. 

 

📍 Location: Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne.

 

About you

It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too:  

  • You’ve built a strong foundation in B2B and B2B2C communications, and you know how to connect meaningfully with small to medium businesses and payroll partners.
  • You hold a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, and you're passionate about turning strategy into action.
  • You’ve led multi-channel campaigns—across digital, social, and EDMs—or delivered transactional communications that make an impact.
  • You know how to turn customer data into insights, using it to shape segmentation and messaging that resonates.
  • You’re confident consulting with stakeholders and building trusted relationships to drive initiatives forward.
  • Your communication style is clear and engaging—you know how to translate complex ideas into plain English.
  • You’re organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities while delivering high-quality work on time.
