About the role As a Business Analyst at ART, you will play a key role in solving complex business problems through critical analysis and stakeholder engagement. You’ll be responsible for gathering and translating business requirements into technical solutions that align with ART’s delivery framework. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys working across business and IT teams. Key Responsibilities: - Elicit, assess, and document end-to-end business, stakeholder, and solution requirements.
- Perform detailed data analysis and mapping to support solution design.
- Translate business needs into system, data, and application requirements.
- Acquire knowledge of technical solutions and integration flows to support delivery.
- Build and maintain strong communication channels with stakeholders and partners.
- Develop a deep understanding of ART’s products, services, and systems.
- Drive quality control and improvement throughout the solution delivery lifecycle.
- Break down requirements into testable stories for iterative delivery in Agile sprints.
We currently have two permanent opportunities and one 12-month fixed term contract opportunity. About you You are an experienced and adaptable business analyst with a strong background in both business and technical analysis. You excel at stakeholder engagement and have a knack for translating complex requirements into actionable solutions. Your collaborative approach and attention to detail make you a trusted partner in delivering impactful change. Key Skills and Experience: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in business and technical analysis across transformation projects.
- Skilled in requirements elicitation and workshop facilitation.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication across technical and business audiences.
- Ability to plan and manage business analysis work schedules effectively.
- Technical knowledge of web, client/server, and database environments.
- Familiarity with tools like Sparx EA, JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
