About the role As a People Advisor, you’ll be a trusted partner to leaders and employees, providing expert guidance on complex people matters while contributing to strategic initiatives that enhance our employee experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing hands-on case management with forward-thinking work on cyclical activities, systems, and process improvements. Day to day, you'll: - Lead and manage a diverse range of workplace matters including performance, behaviour, wellbeing, and conflict resolution.
- Provide expert case management support and coach leaders through sensitive and complex issues.
- Drive cyclical HR activities such as engagement surveys, reporting, and organisational change.
- Collaborate on the design and implementation of systems and processes that elevate operational efficiency and employee experience.
- Champion a culture of inclusion, wellbeing, and high performance aligned with ART’s values of courage, empathy, and excellence.
This role is a Max Term opportunity until 30th June 2026. About you It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too: - Proven experience in a generalist HR or advisory role, with strong case management expertise.
- Deep understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bonus: Experience in project/change management or HR analytics.
