About the role We’re all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. As a Product & Services Change Manager - CSI, you’ll: Support the successful delivery of the CSI program by providing business readiness support for Product & Services (P&S). Align CSI program deliverables with P&S priorities, develop collateral, and support readiness activities including stakeholder engagement, impact analysis, and communication planning. Day to day, you'll: - Assist in aligning CSI program deliverables with P&S priorities.
- Develop tools and communication to facilitate change readiness.
- Support readiness activities including stakeholder engagement and communication planning.
- Identify and document gaps, risks, and opportunities in CSI program design and implementation.
- Maintain program documentation and contribute to reporting.
This role is a 12-month max-term/ secondment opportunity. About you It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too: - Understanding of P&S operations and ART’s strategic objectives.
- Experience in change management with industry-recognized methodology.
- Proven track record in implementing successful change management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and support multiple initiatives.
