As the Manager Technology Capability & Performance, you will play a strategic leadership role in driving operational excellence across ART’s Technology function. This role is responsible for uplifting workforce performance, optimising resource utilisation, and enhancing colleague engagement. You will partner closely with Technology leadership to embed effective operating rhythms, support change readiness, and deliver high-impact communications. With a strong focus on continuous improvement, governance, and member-centric outcomes, you will help shape the future of how Technology delivers value across the enterprise. About you To ensure success in the role, you will possess: - Experience driving productivity, embedding ways of working, and improving resource allocation across teams.
- Ability to establish governance forums, manage operating rhythms, and lead continuous improvement in business processes.
- Experience designing and delivering colleague engagement strategies, development programs, and leadership capability initiatives.
- Ability to craft high-impact messaging, influence senior stakeholders, and represent Technology across enterprise forums.
- Experience preparing strategic reports and aligning reporting frameworks with organisational goals.
- Demonstrated ability to lead through change, apply sound business acumen, and drive improvement using data and digital tools.
