About the role

As a Business Development Manager, you’ll help grow our fund by connecting with financial advisers and showcasing our award-winning products. If you love building relationships and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be your next big move.

Day to day, you'll:

• Grow and retain fund memberships by working with external financial advisers.
• Spot new business opportunities and introduce ART to new markets.
• Be the go-to contact for advisers, sharing updates and info about our products.
• Build strong relationships with advisers, practice staff, and industry groups.
• Represent ART at events and deliver seminars to adviser clients.

This role is a max-term opportunity from 19 January 2026 until 5 June 2026.

About you

We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about helping others succeed and loves working with people. If you’re a natural communicator and enjoy making connections, you’ll fit right in.

• You're RG146 compliant to give general advice in superannuation and insurance.
• You have proven experience in both face to face and phone-based sales including running sales campaigns.
• You possess top-notch presentation skills and build lasting relationships.
• You have a strong background in super, insurance, investments, and business development.
• You're passionate about customer service and influencing outcomes.
