As a Business Development Specialist, you’ll be connecting with advisers over the phone, building trusted relationships, and showcasing the value of our super and pension offerings. Day to day, you'll: - Drive growth and retention across ART’s super and pension products.
- Build strong phone-based relationships with advisers and industry groups.
- Manage a panel of EFAs and meet key performance targets.
- Respond to adviser queries and be a go-to expert on our EFA proposition.
- Run targeted phone campaigns to boost product sales and event attendance.
- Identify high-performing advisers and elevate them to the BDM panel.
- Map new adviser opportunities and help shape our growth strategy.
This role is a secondment opportunity from 19 January 2026 - to 5 June 2026.
📍 This role is based in Brisbane but offers flexibility in work hours to align with WA market needs, giving you the opportunity to work smarter and connect meaningfully with advisers in that region. About you You’re a confident communicator who thrives on building relationships and solving problems. You bring energy, curiosity, and a drive to succeed. You might tick some of these boxes: - Experience in a phone-based role and running sales campaigns.
- A strong track record in sales or a desire to step into a sales-focused role.
- A customer-first mindset and ownership of outcomes.
- Comfortable engaging with business owners and senior stakeholders.
- Passionate about delivering great service and inspiring others.
- Skilled in influencing and negotiating for win-win outcomes.
- Knowledge of superannuation, insurance, investments, and B2B sales.
