As a Workforce Optimisation Specialist, you’ll be responsible for developing, maintaining and improving the fit-for-purpose methodology, frameworks, guiding principles, planning and execution of activities identified to deliver operational excellence. Key focus areas include workforce management, strategic business and financial planning. Day to day, you'll: - Develop, maintain, and improve fit-for-purpose methodologies and frameworks for operational excellence.
- Drive workforce management solutions for forecasting, planning, and reporting.
- Champion the adoption of best practice workforce management tools and processes.
- Facilitate strategic and operational planning, supporting leaders to balance cost, quality, and service.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on cost management, resource deployment, and operational reporting.
- Act as a change champion, supporting communication, training, and onboarding activities.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, ensuring business needs are met.

It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too: - Experience in the superannuation industry and a deep understanding of business operations.
- Accreditation (or ability to acquire) in Active Operations Management (AOM) methodology.
- Experience in Business Analysis, Change Management, and Workforce Planning and Management will be highly regarded
- Exceptional stakeholder management, consultation, and facilitation skills.
- Superior written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Technical knowledge of contemporary business systems and analytical tools.
- Proven ability to coach, mentor, and lead others through change.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field (desirable).
