As a Senior Product Manager - Defined Benefits, you’ll lead the delivery of Defined Benefit products, including Corporate and Queensland Government schemes. You’ll champion compliance with key regulations like SPS 160, drive trustee due diligence, and manage operational risk, all while creating solutions that truly make a difference for members and employers alike.
Day to day, you'll: - Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of DB products, including performance monitoring, documentation, training, reporting, and periodic reviews.
- Provide specialist advice on DB products and support internal teams with technical expertise.
- Support fund governance activities, including board reporting, policy reviews, and trustee engagement.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of product disclosure and communication materials.
- Identify, assess, and manage operational risks associated with DB products.
- Work collaboratively with other Product teams to maintain consistency and seamless integration across ART’s product suite.
- Partner with risk and compliance teams to implement robust controls and effective incident management processes.
- Contribute to the development of business area strategy, ensuring alignment with ART’s vision and strategic objectives.

- Deep understanding of superannuation law and practice applicable to defined benefit products, including prudential standards, actuarial requirements and best practice.
- Proven ability in product development and management in superannuation or financial services industry.
- Demonstrated experience in business and product planning and performance reporting.
- Experience in managing or administering defined benefit products, other superannuation products and service design implementation.
- Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to superannuation.
- Strategic planning and implementation experience.
