About the role We’re all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. As Digital Product Manager – Adviser Online, you’ll lead the vision, strategy, and delivery of our Adviser Online platform, as well as other digital products. You’ll drive commercial outcomes and position ART as a market leader in digital engagement for advisers and members. Your role includes shaping the product roadmap, launching new features, conducting market research, gathering user feedback, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions. You’ll also ensure Adviser Online and related products remain compliant in a highly regulated environment. Day to day, you'll: - Develop and maintain the digital product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with customer and business needs.
- Lead improvement initiatives to maximise the value of digital products, including building commercial business cases for investment.
- Analyse and communicate operational digital performance metrics to stakeholders, demonstrating the product’s contribution towards strategic outcomes.
- Coach and guide team members in digital product management and provide leadership within delivery teams.
- Promote a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement, encouraging best practice delivery frameworks and methodologies.
- Ensure digital products comply with relevant legislation, quality control procedures, and risk management processes.
- Build and maintain effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to execute strategy and deliver efficient service outcomes.
This role is a permanent opportunity. 📍 Location: Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne. About you It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too: - You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, IT, Digital, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- You’re experienced in digital product management and can set a clear vision, strategy, and roadmap for Adviser Online and other platforms.
- You’ll identify opportunities to improve digital products and define the costs and benefits to support business cases.
- You’re skilled at analysing data from multiple sources to prioritise initiatives and test hypotheses that drive strategic outcomes.
- You have a strong understanding of financial services legislation, regulations, and market trends.
- You excel at stakeholder and vendor management, consultation, facilitation, and problem-solving.
- You’re familiar with Agile principles and have worked with teams using iterative delivery methods.
- You’re organised, self-managed, resourceful, and thrive in complex environments.
- You’ll communicate clearly and confidently, both in writing and verbally, when reporting and presenting to stakeholders at all levels.
- You may also have experience with enterprise digital experience platforms, and knowledge of Superannuation and/or Advice related digital services.
