About the role We’re all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. In this role, you’ll lead the governance, assurance, tooling, and portfolio reporting that make enterprise transformation transparent, consistent, and outcomes‑focused. You’ll be the enterprise point for transformation governance and delivery assurance—setting the standards, building the tooling, and surfacing the insights leaders rely on to make decisions. Day to day, you'll: - Design, embed, and continually improve enterprise transformation governance frameworks, including RAG thresholds, RAID management, escalation models, and quality assurance protocols.
- Lead the rollout of standardised delivery methods and artefacts across programs and portfolios.
- Own and optimise the transformation tooling strategy (project/portfolio platforms, reporting and analytics), ensuring configuration supports consistent ways of working.
- Establish and maintain enterprise dashboards—burndown, benefits realisation, workforce analytics—providing clear, timely insights to senior leaders and governance forums.
- Provide delivery health oversight (milestones, risks, issues, dependencies) and run assurance engagements, audit readiness and compliance reporting as required.
- Coach a small team of governance and reporting professionals, fostering continuous improvement across ETMO.

It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too: - Deep experience in governance, assurance, and portfolio/reporting across large‑scale transformation or PMO environments.
- Working knowledge of Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid methodologies and how they shape governance and controls.
- Fluency with project & portfolio management tools and reporting platforms; you turn complex data into actionable insight.
- Executive‑ready communication, strong stakeholder engagement, and a strategic mindset that balances long‑term outcomes with day‑to‑day delivery.
- Financial services/superannuation experience; relevant tertiary qualifications; familiarity with regulatory frameworks.
