About the role We’re all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. As the Marketing Analyst (known internally as the Marketing Audience and Journey Analyst), you’ll build, execute, and optimise targeted customer marketing journeys that drive engagement, retention, and growth. This will see you create audiences for marketing campaigns, ensuring effective segmentation and activation of customer data, and make this data available for cross-channel journeys. You’ll also design and deliver customer marketing campaigns, crafting multi-step journeys and triggered workflows that connect seamlessly within our marketing orchestration platforms. Day to day, you'll: - Design, develop, and implement simple to complex customer marketing campaigns and journey workflows in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Build triggered, multi‑step journeys in orchestration platforms to nurture prospects and drive measurable outcomes.
- Evaluate and refine workflows based on performance and behaviour; set up reusable personalisation and dynamic content to lift relevance.
- Support a robust audience strategy and framework to improve targeting and effectiveness; manage audience selection aligned to member needs and priorities.
- Partner with data teams to improve data availability, accuracy, and integration into marketing platforms.
- Guide marketers on campaign briefs; manage change requests; prioritise activities to meet deadlines.
- Assist Insights in getting more from orchestration/automation tools; provide analytical, reporting and statistical support.
This is a 12-month max-term or secondment role, with the potential to be extended or made permanent. 📍 Location: We have office locations in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne but we would be happy to consider candidates in other locations too. About you It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too: - You have a degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Digital, or equivalent experience.
- You’re experienced in building customer marketing campaigns and journey workflows.
- You’re hands-on with marketing orchestration platforms and tools.
- You’ll bring expertise in audience segmentation, data activation, and cross-channel journey management.
- You’re skilled at developing triggered, multi-step customer journeys and setting up personalisation and dynamic content.
- You collaborate with data teams to improve data quality and integration.
- You have strong analytical skills to evaluate, analyse, and monitor campaign performance, and you’ll provide reporting and statistical insights.
