About the role We’re all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll: - Lead stakeholder engagement to develop mutually agreeable and measurable benefits with defined quality outcomes.
- Elicit, assess, analyse and document end-to-end business and stakeholder requirements using a variety of facilitation methods and analytical tools.
- Translating business requirements into suitable approaches and technology solutions.
- Acquiring knowledge of technical solutions, integration, and process flows to support the delivery of complex change.
- Owning documented requirements throughout the solution delivery lifecycle to ensure successful implementation and realisation of targeted benefits.
- Developing and maintaining communication channels to support stakeholder management and coordination across business and IT partners.
- Assessing the feasibility and compatibility of new business solutions with existing systems and driving opportunities for quality control throughout the Solution Delivery Lifecycle.
- Coaching and mentoring other Business Analysts, performing peer reviews, and promoting adherence to compliance and legislative processes.

We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too: - A bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, IT, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong experience delivering business and technical analysis services, particularly in complex projects.
- Extensive experience in requirements elicitation, workshop facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated high-level stakeholder management skills, with the ability to develop trusted relationships and collaborate effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all organisational levels (business and technical).
- Strong ability to estimate, plan, and manage business analysis work schedules, delivering outcomes within tight timeframes.
- Technical knowledge of contemporary business systems, as well as business process modelling and reengineering.
- Proven ability to coach and mentor less senior staff, with a professional work ethic and adaptability to change.
