About the role As the Incident Management Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective management and reporting of incidents across the organization. You’ll be responsible for compiling and distributing incident statistics, maintaining up-to-date policies and procedures, and supporting the Incident Review Committee with secretariat duties. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate updates. You’ll also act as a key liaison between the business and regulatory bodies, helping to uphold our commitment to compliance and operational excellence. Day to day, you'll: - Prepare and distribute standard incident management reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Compile and analyse incident statistics and summaries on a regular basis.
- Maintain and update incident management policies and procedures.
- Provide secretariat support for the Incident Review Committee, including minute-taking and action tracking.
- Respond to business queries regarding incident management processes via ServiceNow.
- Coordinate and track ongoing updates for reported breaches to the regulator.
- Liaise with incident owners to confirm progress and gather required information.
- Provide timely updates to breach analysts to support regulator communications.
- Oversee the production of ad-hoc incident reporting as needed.
- Support a culture of compliance, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organisation.
