About the role We’re all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. As a Program Analyst, you’ll play a key role in keeping projects moving. This is a varied, hands‑on role suited to someone who’s organised, proactive, and thrives on bringing order to complexity. You’ll work across project funding and financials, procurement, scheduling, risk and dependency management, and provide logistical support for meetings and workshops. If you enjoy rolling up your sleeves, chasing down answers, and making things happen, you’ll fit right in. You’ll support program delivery across multiple workstreams, helping create clarity, momentum, and reliable reporting. Your responsibilities will include a mix of foundational analyst work, along with opportunities to stretch into more complex tasks as you grow in the role Day to day, you'll: - Analyse budgets, forecasts, and actual spend to support informed decision-making.
- Manage purchase orders and ensure compliance with procurement processes.
- Collate data from project managers and contributors and check for completeness and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain integrated schedules across multiple workstreams.
- Monitor milestones, dependencies, and progress to produce actionable reports.
- Support risk and issue analysis, including mitigation planning and tracking.
- Assist with change impact assessments and reporting for governance forums.
- Provide logistical support for meetings, workshops, and project boards.
- Maintain high-quality documentation and project records.
