Advice Assurance Specialist
Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne

About the role

As an Advice Assurance Specialist, you’ll review and assess advice across multiple channels and help advisers meet legislative and compliance requirements. Your work ensures members receive advice they can trust.

 

Day to day, you'll:

  • Review personal and general advice for quality and compliance.
  • Provide feedback, coaching and remediation recommendations to advisers and leaders.
  • Monitor advice interactions across all ART channels, including online and external advisers.
    Identify issues and record findings in our risk management tools to support a low‑risk environment.
  • Help uplift advice standards by contributing to training, calibration sessions and continuous improvement.

This role is a 12-month max-term/ secondment opportunity.

About you

You’re detail‑focused, organised and confident, communicating with a wide range of stakeholders. You enjoy helping others lift their capability while keeping high standards front and centre.

  • You have strong experience in financial advice, with deep knowledge of products, strategies and legislation.
  • You're skilled at reviewing advice and making sound, risk‑based decisions.
  • You're a great communicator who builds trust quickly and delivers clear, constructive feedback.
  • You're highly organised, able to juggle competing priorities and work independently.
  • You have strong analytical and investigative skills, with a keen eye for accuracy and compliance.
