As a Talent Sourcing Partner, reporting to the Manager, Talent Sourcing, you will partner with hiring leaders across the business to attract, source, select and onboard internal and external talent. We have a strong customer experience focus and we enjoy genuinely partnering with hiring leaders to find talent through innovative means and channels, whilst providing an intuitive, simple and inclusive experience at all touchpoints. About you It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too: - Extensive recruitment experience, ideally internal, across end-to-end talent sourcing, volume recruitment, and strategic sourcing campaigns
- Ability to think creatively, apply a commercial mindset, and thrive in a team environment where you’re willing to pick up any task that enables quality talent outcomes
- Successful track record in the delivery of talent sourcing initiatives/projects that improve organisational performance and employee engagement
- Being passionate about building strong relationships, engaging and collaborating with colleagues, hiring leaders, candidates, vendors and passive talent pools
- Highly developed communication (verbal, written, presentation) reporting and documentation skills with a high level of attention to detail.
