About the role We’re all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. As a Health and Rehabilitation Advisor, you’ll help members return to productive work and support strong claims outcomes. Here’s what you’ll do: - Build and maintain an effective injury and rehab management framework.
- Partner with claims managers, employers and health providers to drive safe return‑to‑work plans.
- Coordinate early intervention, assessment, and tailored rehab programs.
- Coach teams on best‑practice injury management and functional‑capacity‑based strategies.
- Provide strategic advice, support complex claims and contribute to service innovation.
We currently have two maternity leave opportunities for 12 months each. About you You’re a confident communicator and trusted health professional who knows how to bring people together. You’ll thrive here if you have: - Tertiary qualifications in an allied health or medical discipline, plus relevant registration.
- Experience in injury management, workplace rehab or return‑to‑work roles.
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills with diverse stakeholders.
- A commercially sharp mindset, with solid analytical and reporting skills.
- A passion for coaching others and improving processes that deliver better outcomes.
- Life insurance experience would be a plus!
