Health and Rehabilitation Advisor
Sydney [two 12-month contracts]

Take hold of a monster opportunity and join ART Life as a Health and Rehabilitation Advisor.  You’ll use your allied health expertise to guide people back to safe, meaningful work. You’ll build strong relationships, support best‑practice injury management, and help shape ART Life’s approach to rehabilitation. About the role

We’re all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. As a Health and Rehabilitation Advisor, you’ll help members return to productive work and support strong claims outcomes. Here’s what you’ll do:

 

  • Build and maintain an effective injury and rehab management framework.
  • Partner with claims managers, employers and health providers to drive safe return‑to‑work plans.
  • Coordinate early intervention, assessment, and tailored rehab programs.
  • Coach teams on best‑practice injury management and functional‑capacity‑based strategies.
  • Provide strategic advice, support complex claims and contribute to service innovation.

 

We currently have two maternity leave opportunities for 12 months each. 

 

About you

You’re a confident communicator and trusted health professional who knows how to bring people together. You’ll thrive here if you have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in an allied health or medical discipline, plus relevant registration.
  • Experience in injury management, workplace rehab or return‑to‑work roles.
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills with diverse stakeholders.
  • A commercially sharp mindset, with solid analytical and reporting skills.
  • A passion for coaching others and improving processes that deliver better outcomes.
  • Life insurance experience would be a plus!
