About the role

As a Business Process Analyst, you’ll help make things work better for our people and our members. In this role, you’ll dive into how we do things today and help design how we should do them tomorrow. You’ll work closely with teams across ART Life, solve real problems, and see your ideas come to life.

Day to day, you'll:

• Coordinate continuous improvement projects from start to finish.
• Analyse current processes and design clear, efficient future‑state solutions.
• Document requirements, process maps, risks, and benefits.
• Facilitate workshops and support change, training, and business readiness.
• Build strong relationships across ART Life to drive ongoing improvement.

About you

It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. You’re curious, collaborative, and confident working with data, people, and complex processes. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too:  

• Experienced in business analysis, ideally in financial services or insurance.
• Skilled in process modelling, problem‑solving, and drawing meaningful insights.
• Strong communicator, both in writing and in person.
• Great at managing stakeholders and building trust.
• Able to plan your work, meet deadlines, and keep projects moving.
