About the role In this role, you’ll guide Financial Advisers to deliver clear, compliant, intra‑fund advice that improves retirement outcomes. You’ll coach, lift capability and keep things simple for our members every day. Day to day, you'll: - Lead, engage and coach advisers to deliver high‑quality intra‑fund advice.
- Build capability for today and tomorrow; set clear targets and lift performance.
- Improve processes, tools and the member advice experience.
- Handle escalations and complaints with care; support complex cases.
- Embed compliance, risk and legislative changes in daily practice.
This role is a secondment opportunity from 9 March until 5 June. About you It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. You’re a people‑first leader who thrives in change and lives our values of courage, empathy and excellence. You'll likely tick the following boxes too: - Tertiary qualified (Financial Planning/Business/Commerce or similar) and RG146 compliant.
- Proven leadership and coaching experience in advice delivery.
- Deep understanding of financial advice in a superannuation trustee context.
- Strong business acumen with clear, confident communication.
- Track record in operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
