This is a hands‑on leadership role where people, purpose and impact come together. You’ll lead a passionate team guiding members through key retirement moments. It’s fast‑moving, meaningful work, and you’ll see the difference you make every day. Day to day, you'll: - Lead, coach and support a high‑performing Member Guidance team delivering proactive outbound support.
- Guide members through key retirement touchpoints with general advice, education and timely advice bookings.
- Partner with internal teams to deliver targeted campaigns across different member groups.
- Own day‑to‑day team performance, escalations and continuous improvement.
Help shape better processes, tools and experiences that lift outcomes for members and your team.
