About the role We’re all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. As the Product Manager – Beam, you will play a key role in the success of our B2B and software partner digital product suite. You will own the Beam product roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and work closely with business and technology teams to design and deliver high‑value solutions. You will manage and prioritise the product backlog, balancing business priorities and customer needs.
You will be responsible for end‑to‑end product delivery, translating business objectives into clear technical requirements, prioritising and accepting completed stories, and ensuring adherence to relevant control frameworks. You will contribute to the product vision, apply agile delivery practices, and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and partners.
Day to day, you'll: - Define and prioritise product backlog, develop clear and detailed requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.
- Ensure product communications, updates and documentation are structured, consistent and easy for stakeholders to navigate and understand.
- Test, accept / reject completed user stories.
- Work with Product Management to support product vision, roadmap and planning, and maximise product value.
- Assess value and develop cases to deliver maximum value and align with product strategy.
- Co-ordinate design and implementation of monitoring and reporting solutions.
- Analyse monitoring alerts and reports, communicate issues with related stakeholders and assist in identifying root cause, fixes and enhancements to prevent future incidents.
- Create and maintain plans, policies, procedures and processes required to support ongoing certification, audit and control requirements.
- Drive the adoption of best‑practice ways of working by collaborating across business and technology teams, ensuring alignment with broader organisational frameworks and enabling effective cross‑functional delivery.
- Coach and mentor product roles within the team to effectively deliver the product roadmap and contribute to product objectives.

It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too: - Extensive experience as Product Owner or Manager, ideally in financial services or fin-tech industry.
- Qualifications in and experience with SAFe or similar agile methodologies.
- Advanced analytical, evaluative and problem-solving capability.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and monitoring digital product performance.
