About the role

We’re all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. As an Optimisation Specialist (CRO), you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of onsite A/B and multivariate experiments that improve member experience and conversion across our digital platforms.  Acting as both an experimentation lead and front-end delivery specialist, you’ll translate hypotheses into robust, scalable tests that deliver insights and measurable performance.

You’ll design and deliver a structured experimentation roadmap aligned to our personalisation strategy, working closely with analytics, on‑site, and broader digital teams. This is a hands‑on role with a strong technical component, where you’ll use your knowledge of experimentation platforms and confidence in HTML, CSS and JavaScript to build, implement and QA experiment variations to production standard.

Day to day, you'll:

  • Designing and maintaining a test and experimentation roadmap aligned to personalisation and optimisation strategy.
  • Creating clear test documentation including hypotheses, success metrics, and setup requirements.
  • Building and executing A/B and multivariate tests using tools such as Optimizely or Adobe Target.
  • Completing hands‑on front‑end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to implement and quality‑assure experiments.
  • Partnering with analytics teams on pre‑test sizing, post‑test analysis, and insight generation.
  • Communicating results, learnings and recommendations to stakeholders across the business.
  • Supporting ideation, prioritisation and quarterly planning cadences for optimisation initiatives.
  • Contributing to experimentation frameworks and maintaining documentation of tests and outcomes.
  • Ensuring all experimentation aligns with governance and members’ best financial interests.

This role is a permanent opportunity.

📍 Location: Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne.

  • You’re confident using CRO and testing platforms such as Optimizely or Adobe Target.
  • You bring strong front‑end development skills, with hands‑on experience in HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
  • You’re comfortable using data and insights to inform test design, prioritisation and decision‑making.
  • You’ve partnered closely with analytics teams to analyse results and translate findings into clear recommendations.
