As a Senior Specialist – Service Provider Framework & Governance, you will play a critical in strengthening governance, risk management and compliance across ART’s service provider landscape. You will lead the application and ongoing evolution of the Service Provider Framework, ensure the integrity of the Material Service Provider (MSP) Register, and provide trusted advice to senior stakeholders across the business. You will influence policy and process design, working closely with business units, procurement teams, and subject matter experts to implement strategic enhancements to governance, resources, and enabling technology.
Day to day, you'll: - Lead enterprise‑wide application and ongoing evolution of the Service Provider Framework across the full service provider lifecycle.
- Maintain governance and oversight of the Material Service Provider (MSP) Register, including reporting and annual APRA submission.
- Oversee service provider risk, controls, issues and due diligence activities, including financial and modern slavery assessments.
- Ensure prudential and legislative obligations are effectively mapped to policies, processes, controls and enabling tools.
- Provide strategic advice and trusted guidance to senior stakeholders across procurement, risk, legal and the broader business.
- Drive continuous improvement, policy change and capability uplift to embed efficient, compliant service provider management practices.
This role is available as a 12- month max-term/ secondment opportunity. About you It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too: - Deep understanding of service provider legislation and regulations, and other contractual codes and standards across the supplier lifecycle.
- Proven ability to operate within a procurement centre-led and enablement function, delivering governance, strategic guidance, and advisory support across the service provider lifecycle.
- Highly developed stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with a track record of building and sustaining productive relationships and partnerships.
- Strong problem-solving and option analysis skills, with ability to assess options and recommend strategic solutions.
- Demonstrated experience in driving and supporting change, including governance and adoptions activities within complex environments.
