As a Senior Transformation Analyst, you will play a critical role in transforming the finance technology landscape, uplifting reporting capability, and driving automation and data excellence across the Finance & Tax function. You will also mentor team members and act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on how technology can enable Finance & Tax to operate more effectively. Day to day, you will: - Partner with stakeholders across Finance, Tax, Investments, Technology, Data, and vendors to shape requirements and deliver high‑quality transformation outcomes.
- Lead the modernisation of finance processes through scalable automation, data, and reporting solutions that improve efficiency, strengthen controls, and reduce risk.
- Design and deliver robust automation solutions using RPA, low‑code platforms, and ETL tools, aligned to enterprise architecture, data, and security standards across Finance & Tax.
- Act as technical lead and solution architect for Finance & Tax transformation initiatives, defining solution patterns, integrations, data models, and security approaches.
- Design and operationalise advanced finance datasets and analytics to enable forecasting, predictive insights, anomaly detection, and emerging AI capabilities.
- Deliver complex ad‑hoc reporting and analytics with accuracy, timeliness, and scalability.

About you It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too: - Demonstrated experience leading initiatives, managing senior and technical stakeholders, facilitating workshops, and supporting change adoption.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and present complex concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Extensive experience in finance, investment reporting, finance operations, or financial data analysis, with a strong track record of technology‑enabled transformation.
- Proven ability to lead the design and delivery of automated, data, and reporting solutions, including solution patterns, data models, integrations, and control frameworks.
- Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting, Investments, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
- Advanced capability in analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI.
