About the role As the Executive Assistant, you will provide high-quality, trusted executive and administrative support to the Executive General Manager - Product and Services and their broader leadership team. This role is critical to enabling senior leaders to operate effectively by anticipating priorities, managing complex schedules, and ensuring seamless coordination of day-to-day and strategic activities. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across ART, acting as a key point of contact and managing sensitive information with professionalism, discretion and sound judgement. With a strong growth mindset and the ability to adapt to changing priorities, you’ll help optimise executive efficiency and support the delivery of business outcomes aligned to ART’s purpose.
Day to day, you’ll:
- Proactively manage diary scheduling, email triage, correspondence and travel arrangements.
- Prepare high-quality day packs, briefings and presentations, adapting quickly to changing priorities.
- Coordinate Board, Committee and Management Committee papers, including formatting, review and liaison with key stakeholders.
- Anticipate risks, manage competing priorities and escalate issues with sound judgement.
- Organise senior-level meetings, events and workshops, including logistics and materials.
- Manage executive financial administration, including expenses, budgets and purchase orders.
- Act as a key liaison for senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Executive Assistants across ART to drive consistency and continuous improvement.
About you You’re an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, senior leadership environment and brings a proactive, solutions-focused approach to your work. You exercise sound judgement, handle sensitive matters with discretion and pride yourself on enabling leaders to perform at their best. You’ll bring: - Proven experience supporting senior leaders.

- Advanced Microsoft Office and digital collaboration capability.
- Financial services experience or willingness to learn (desirable).
