As a Procurement Coordinator, you will provide operational, project and governance support to Strategic Procurement and Category Management leaders, helping deliver key procurement priorities. Working closely with stakeholders, you will translate strategic objectives into structured workplans, milestones and deliverables, while coordinating and tracking activities across multiple workstreams. Acting as a central point of coordination, the role ensures consistent governance, clear communication and disciplined delivery by maintaining project artefacts, tracking decisions and actions, and preparing updates for leadership forums.

Day to day, you'll:

  • Support ongoing procurement initiatives, including coordinating activities that enhance the identification, assessment and reporting of modern slavery risks within the supply base.
  • Act as a coordination point between Procurement, Category Managers and business stakeholders to support the timely delivery of procurement led contracts and projects.
  • Prepare regular procurement reporting.
  • Maintain and update relevant procurement policies, procedures, templates and playbooks.
  • Assist in the preparation of procurement documentation and contractual documentation.
  • Provide general coordination, administrative and project support to the Procurement function.

This role is available as permanent opportunity.

It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too:

  • Intermediate to advanced capability in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, including the ability to analyse data, prepare reports and produce professional quality presentations.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills, including the ability to interpret reports, identify trends, and provide insights to support procurement decision making and governance requirements.
