About the role

We’re all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. In this phone-based business development role, you’ll be the frontline connection between ART and the external adviser community. Using your sales and relationship-building skills, you’ll engage advisers and practice staff, articulate the value of ART’s products and services, and help drive growth and retention across accumulation and pension solutions.

Day to day, you'll:

  • Build long-term, trusted relationships with External Financial Advisers, adviser practices, AFSL dealer groups and industry networks.
  • Drive growth and retention of ART accumulation and pension products through effective, phone-based sales activity.
  • Contact and develop adviser leads provided via reports, campaigns and the BDM team.
  • Manage a panel of advisers, achieving agreed activity, sales, quality and retention KPIs.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on ART’s adviser proposition, responding to inbound queries and supporting adviser tools such as Adviser Online.
  • Deliver targeted outbound campaigns to support product launches, registrations, events and other business initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to grow adviser relationships and, where appropriate, elevate them to BDM-managed accounts.
  • Attend adviser events, roadshows and networking activities as required.
  • Keep advisers informed of changes to products, services and propositions in a timely, accurate way.

This role is a 12-month max-term/ secondment opportunity to cover a period of parental leave.

📍 Location: Sydney or Brisbane.
