As a Marketing Specialist (SMB & Beam) you will help strengthen relationships with small‑to‑medium business employers and grow engagement with Beam, ART’s digital payroll and payments platform. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll bring together insight, creativity and strong stakeholder partnership to deliver high‑quality, compliant marketing and communication programs in a highly regulated environment. Day to day, you'll: - Partner closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver high‑quality, compliant marketing and communications for SMB employers and Beam partners.
- Support the planning and delivery of annual and campaign‑specific activities aligned to growth, engagement, retention and digital adoption objectives.
- Coordinate end‑to‑end campaigns, including briefing agencies and internal design teams, and delivering across digital, email, in‑platform, social, events and partner channels.
- Use customer, partner and platform insights - including SMB data and Beam usage analytics - to inform segmentation, messaging and campaign optimisation.
- Develop clear, engaging content and nurture journeys that guide employers and partners through the Beam experience and value proposition.
- Work closely with relationship and account teams to support onboarding, feature updates and partner communications.
- Measure and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve outcomes against agreed KPIs.
- Ensure all communications meet ART’s legal, regulatory, disclosure and brand requirements.
- Manage external spend and supplier relationships to balance effectiveness with efficiency.
This role is a 6-month max-term/ secondment opportunity. 📍 Location: Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne. About you It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too: - You bring proven experience in B2B or B2B2C marketing or customer communications, ideally within financial services, fintech, superannuation or digital platforms.
- You hold a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline.
- You’ve delivered integrated campaigns across digital, social, CRM and EDM channels, including transactional or triggered communications.
- You’re confident analysing data and insights to inform communication strategy, messaging and content decisions.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to simplify complex or technical topics for different audiences.
- You’re comfortable working with multiple internal teams and external partners, and you build strong, trusted stakeholder relationships.
- You’re highly organised, with strong prioritisation and project management skills, and you take pride in your attention to detail.
- You have a strong understanding of brand, tone of voice and compliance requirements, and you apply these consistently in your work.
