About the role We’re all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. As Governance and Secretariat Specialist, you’ll support the governance and secretariat function, ensuring board and entity governance processes operate to a high standard. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver effective board support, statutory compliance, and governance best practice across a complex, regulated environment. Day to day, you'll: - Support board and committee operations, including meeting preparation, attendance, and minute taking.
- Act as Company Secretary for nominated ART entities in conjunction with senior leadership.
- Maintain statutory registers, filings, and governance records.
- Embed sound, agile governance processes.
- Support consistent governance standards and frameworks across the ART Group.
- Provide practical governance advice to executive and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor compliance with statutory and regulatory obligations.
- Contribute to governance uplift, process improvement, and regulatory change responses.

- Working knowledge of corporate governance and statutory obligations.
- Confident supporting board and committee processes.
- Strong written communication and organisational skills.
- Experience in superannuation or APRA‑regulated environments (desirable).
