About the role At Australian Retirement Trust (ART), we’re committed to helping millions of Australians achieve a comfortable retirement. As part of our Enterprise Delivery team, you’ll play a key role delivering meaningful transformation that supports our members, employees and the broader organisation. As a Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for delivering projects within ART’s transformation portfolio. You’ll lead projects end‑to‑end, from initial concept through to successful delivery, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, within budget and aligned to business objectives. Working closely with a broad range of stakeholders, you’ll manage risks, oversee delivery against key milestones, and ensure projects are implemented in line with ART’s enterprise governance and delivery frameworks. Day to day, you'll: - Lead and deliver projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring scope, schedule, budget and quality expectations are met
- Define project objectives, scope, roles, responsibilities and delivery plans
- Manage project resources, including internal teams and third‑party partners
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, reporting and key project artefacts
- Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies and change requests
- Provide clear, regular project status updates to stakeholders and governance forums
- Partner with Change Managers to support business readiness and adoption
- Build strong relationships across business and technology teams
- Lead and support project teams in line with ART’s values and performance expectations

- Experience with regulatory change and incident remediation will be highly regarded
