About the role As a Business Process Analyst – Transformation, you’ll play a key role in shaping how ART Life delivers better outcomes for members. Working in close partnership with leaders, delivery teams and change specialists, you’ll take end‑to‑end accountability for discrete initiatives – from understanding current‑state processes and data, through to designing fit‑for‑purpose future states and supporting implementation into BAU. - Lead process analysis and solution design across transformation, regulatory and optimisation initiatives
- Analyse current‑state processes to identify risks, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Design practical future‑state processes, ways of working and supporting artefacts
- Take ownership of planning, dependencies, risks and delivery outcomes for assigned initiatives
- Partner with Change Managers to support implementation, readiness and transition to BAU
- Develop and present evidence‑based recommendations to senior leaders and sponsors
- Assess operational risk, control and compliance impacts of proposed changes
- Contribute to a strong culture of continuous improvement, learning and capability uplift
This is an 18-month fixed term/secondment opportunity. About you It goes without saying you’re a confident, analytical and pragmatic process professional who can navigate complexity and influence outcomes. You’ll bring: - Demonstrated experience delivering complex business process or transformation initiatives, ideally in a regulated environment
- Strong capability in business process analysis and design, including BPMN 2.0
- Experience working across process, delivery and change disciplines
- The ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, including presenting to senior leaders
- A sound understanding of operational risk, controls and compliance
Automation, workflow tools or AI‑enabled process improvements experience and a background in financial services, life insurance or a similarly regulated industry will be highly regarded. Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies will make your application attractive but is not essential.
