About the role We’re all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. As a Team Coordinator, you’ll be the calm, organised and trusted support behind our senior leaders and their teams. You’ll keep operations running smoothly, ensure deadlines are met, and bring a high level of professionalism to everything you touch. This is a hands‑on role where your organisation, judgement and communication skills will be valued every day. You’ll also provide occasional backfill support across the broader coordinator team, giving you exposure to different leaders and priorities.
Day to day, you'll: - Provide professional, confidential executive and office management support.
- Coordinate financial, people, payroll and compliance administration.
- Prepare, edit and format papers and presentations to a high standard.
- Organise meetings end‑to‑end, including agendas, papers, rooms and catering.
- Manage registers, databases, charts and team documentation.
- Coordinate training, events, travel and accommodation.
- Support budgeting, reconciliations, invoice approvals and corporate card processes.
This role is a 9-month max-term/ secondment opportunity. 📍 Location: Ideally this role will be based in Brisbane, but we are happy to consider candidates in Sydney and Melbourne too. About you It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too: - You have proven experience in a senior administration, team coordinator or executive support role.
- You’re confident managing sensitive and time‑critical information with discretion.
- You’re highly organised and able to juggle competing priorities while meeting tight deadlines.
- You use sound judgement and are comfortable working with minimal supervision.
- You communicate clearly and professionally, with strong written and verbal skills.
- You bring solid Microsoft Office skills, including SharePoint, or you’re quick to learn new systems.
- You approach your work with resilience, professionalism and a collaborative mindset.
