As a Portfolio Reporting Analyst, you will support financial and benefits reporting across the Enterprise Portfolio, delivering timely and accurate insights that enable value realisation. Key responsibilities include: - Reporting on financial and non-financial benefits using tools such as Power BI.
- Providing monthly Strategic Execution Board portfolio benefits reporting.
- Maintaining the Portfolio Benefits Register and ensuring strong reporting controls.
- Supporting portfolio governance and benefits realisation activities.
- Partnering with Finance and Transformation teams to deliver accurate, on-time reporting.
- Ensuring alignment with the Benefits Management Framework.
This role is available as permanent opportunity. We are open to this role being offered on either a full-time or 0.8 FTE basis. About you It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too: - Experience in, or exposure to, benefits management, benefits realisation and/or portfolio or project reporting.
- Proven ability to design, build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports (Power BI highly regarded).
- Experience maintaining registers and portfolio governance artefacts.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and deliver meaningful insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- Knowledge of the financial services industry is desirable.
