About the role
Reporting to the Head of Strategic Partnerships,you will be responsible for leading the execution of our Strategic Partnerships strategy along with leading the market expansion of Beam, our online clearing house product. You will manage and motivate a team of specialists to drive an energised sales culture to increase net inflows and new member numbers through employer and software channels.
This is an exciting opportunity for a proven negotiator who is commercially astute and capable of influencing senior audiences in the technology and financial services sectors.
This role is available as a permanent opportunity.
If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications will include:
Minimum of 10 years financial services experience and ability to demonstrate knowledge of the associated legislation that operates within the superannuation environment.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial services sales or relationship management environments.
Minimum of 5 years demonstrated leadership, people management and coaching experience.
Demonstrated understanding and application of reporting and analytics.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
