About the role
To support our success we are seeking Project Business Analysts and Senior Project Business Analysts to join the Transformation team in our Brisbane office locations.
As a Project Business Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the business meets its objectives and goals with a focus on upfront understand & design (for continuous improvement) / start-up & initiation (for projects) and deliver/ execution. You will gather and analyse requirements to understand the business problem and work with the business owner to determine best business solutions that are aligned to Australian Retirement Trust’s capabilities and business architecture from start-up phase to completion of activity/ project. As a Senior Project Business Analyst, you will also provide guidance to fellow team members to ensure objectives are met across all the work the team produces.
This role is available as initial six month max-term/ secondment opportunities with a strong likelihood of extension.
We are flexible with location provided you can attend our Milton or CBD office locations at least once a week.
If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications may include:
Business analysis experience in a non-technical role.
Proven track record to elicit stakeholder requirements and prepare analysis and visualisation models (e.g., BPMN, context models).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex problems and identify achievable recommendations.
Demonstrated experience in implementing business change using formal project and change management methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to effectively lead meetings and facilitate workshops to engage stakeholders and elicit outcomes for successful change.
Demonstrated experience in coaching and mentoring.
Demonstrated experience in design and improvement methodologies (e.g., HCD, Lean Six Sigma, Systems thinking)
Knowledge of system development and test case development.
