About the role
As a Member Strategy Specialist, you will identify, design and deliver evidence-led member strategies and initiatives. You will be responsible for identifying and mining data-driven insights that drive behaviours and/or perceptions that support member growth and business outcomes and guiding execution teams to deliver customer-centric initiatives.
This role is available as an initial 6 month max-term/ secondment opportunity.
We are flexible with location provided you can attend our Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne offices at least once a week.
If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications will include:
Tertiary qualification in a relevant field e.g., Marketing, Communications, Strategy, Commerce, or related discipline.
Experience in integrated, multi/omni channel marketing strategy.
Strong analytical and data mining skills with the ability to interpret and convert raw data into actionable business insights.
An aptitude for investigating and adopting new and emerging innovation.
Proven ability to consult widely, build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and facilitate and present to senior stakeholders.
Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into plain English
