About the role
Every one of our team contributes to helping make our members’ world better. As a Service Transformation Business Analyst in our Member team, you will identify, analyse and improve service delivery and experience using our technical capabilities and processes to enable Member Experience to best serve our customers.
The Service Transformation Business Analyst will support improvement strategies and is responsible for the identification of problems/ change opportunities, and designing, planning and delivering solutions. This role will gather and analyse requirements to understand the business change opportunity and work with the business owners to determine best business solutions that are aligned to capabilities and effectively manage delivery from start-up to implementation and embedment.
The key objectives of the Service Transformation Business Analyst is to ensure the best business solution is delivered and value adding outcomes are achieved for Australian Retirement Trust and our members.
This role is available as a 12 month max-term/ secondment opportunity.
If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications will include:
Business analysis experience in a non-technical role.
Demonstrated ability to elicit stakeholder requirements and prepare analysis and visualisation models (e.g. BPMN, context models).
Demonstrated ability to analyse problems to identify achievable recommendations.
Strong communication and stakeholder management capability.
Demonstrated ability to facilitate workshops to engage stakeholders and elicit outcomes for successful change.
Proven organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage a number of activities within tight timeframes.
Whilst not essential, it would be preferable if you also had the following:
Experience working in the superannuation or financial services industry.
Knowledge of Australian Retirement Trust systems and products.
Demonstrated experience in implementing business change using formal project and change management methodologies.
Demonstrated experience in design and improvement methodologies (eg. HCD, Lean Six Sigma, Systems thinking).
Knowledge of interpreting data models and relationships.
Knowledge of system development and test case development.
Experience working in an Agile delivery environment.
