About the role

The purpose of the Service Transformation team is to identify, analyse and improve service delivery and experience using our technical capabilities and processes to enable Member Experience to best serve our customers.
The Senior Service Transformation Business Analyst will support improvement strategies and is responsible for the identification of problems/ change opportunities, and designing, planning and delivering solutions. This role will gather and analyse requirements to understand the business change opportunity and work with the business owners to determine best business solutions that are aligned to capabilities and effectively manage delivery from start-up to implementation and embedment.
The key objectives of the Senior Service Transformation Business Analyst is to ensure the best business solution is delivered and value adding outcomes are achieved for Sunsuper and our members.
This role is available as a 12 month max-term/ secondment opportunity.
If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications will include:
Strong business analysis experience in a non-technical role.
Proven track record to elicit stakeholder requirements and prepare analysis and visualisation models (e.g. BPMN, context models).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex problems and identify achievable recommendations.
Demonstrated experience in implementing business change using formal project and change management methodologies.
Demonstrated experience in interpreting interface specifications, data models and architecture diagrams.
Advanced communication and stakeholder management capability with experience managing multiple stakeholders to influence outcomes of a complex nature.
Demonstrated ability to effectively lead meetings and facilitate workshops to engage stakeholders and elicit outcomes for successful change.
Proven organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage several activities within tight timeframes.
Demonstrated experience in design and improvement methodologies (e.g. HCD, Lean Six Sigma, Systems thinking).
Demonstrated experience in coaching and mentoring.
Knowledge of system development and test case development.
