About the role
Every one of our team contributes to helping make our members’ world better. As a Service Transformation Change Analyst in our Member team, you will support the delivery of strategic and operational change initiatives within Australian Retirement Trust using best practice tools and methodologies. In consultation with leaders you will develop strategic change approaches that focus on end-to-end changes relating to the customer experience across initiatives such as transitions, mergers, project/squad deliverables and business unit initiatives to support a high-performance culture. As a key member of the team, you will also be responsible for uplifting our change capability across the Member leadership group and division more broadly through coaching, training and engagement.
This position is available as a 12 month secondment/max term contract opportunity.
If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications will include:
Demonstrated knowledge of change management practices and methods.
Excellent presentation, communication and facilitation skills.
Demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholder groups.
Proven organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage a number of activities within tight timeframes.
Ability to define and implement training programs.
Demonstrated ability in interpreting relevant financial and superannuation legislation, regulations and policies and experience in the superannuation, investment and finance industry.
A genuine passion for customer service and the ability to inspire and lead others to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaboratively work across all levels of staff.
