About the role
To support our success we are looking for a Relationship Manager to join our Strategic Partnerships team in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne.
As a Relationship Manager, Strategic Partnerships, you will be responsible for the growth of our employer direct and software channels. You will be accountable for developing and maintaining relationships with our employers at various levels, including senior roles within your portfolio. Leveraging your knowledge of our products, you will demonstrate the value of our proposition to ensure employers continue to use our clearing house technology - Beam.
This role is available as a permanent opportunity.
We're flexible with location provided you can attend our Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne office locations at least once a week.
If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications will include:
Solid relationship management experience.
Deep understanding and passion for serving the customer coupled with the ability to influence clients to achieve an outcome.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills as well as technical ability.
Ability to influence key decision makers to achieve strategic outcomes.
Strong analytical skills.
